Summary of 2025 and plans for the year ahead

22.1.2026

Key actions, decisions, and development directions

The year 2025 was a period of dynamic growth, intensive activity, and significant decisions for our company. Over the past twelve months, we have consistently pursued our strategy, combining technological development, participation in international events, and preparations for launching production and commencing the commercial rollout of Strumber. It was a time of focused effort, the results of which will become apparent as early as the first quarter of 2026, when production begins and the first product batches reach our customers.

Debut on the NewConnect Market

One of the most significant milestones of the past year was the debut of Strumber’s owner, Green Lanes Group, on the NewConnect market. We view this achievement as the culmination of an important preparatory phase and, above all, the beginning of a new chapter in our development. Entering the capital market unlocks new growth opportunities and enables further investment in the ongoing development of our technology.

Production and technology development

In 2025, we made tangible progress in production. We installed a production line in Tarnawatka and carried out the first pilot production runs of the material. The results of these tests confirmed our readiness to commence Strumber production in the first quarter of 2026.

Presence at industry events in Poland and abroad

The past year was also marked by numerous industry events. We participated in trade fairs such as Warsaw Home, Furnitech Expo, and Drema, where we presented Strumber as an alternative to traditional materials and held discussions with representatives of the furniture industry, designers, and manufacturers.

Simultaneously, interest in Strumber grew in nationwide media. Furniture made from Strumber material was featured, among others, on the television program “Dzień Dobry TVN.” This media exposure confirmed that Strumber addresses current market needs and is reaching an increasingly broad audience.

Expo 2025 Osaka

From April to October 2025, Strumber was presented at Expo 2025 Osaka, one of the most important global economic and cultural events. Our material was showcased in the Polish Pavilion as part of the permanent exhibition “Plantation of Ideas,” which focused on sustainable development, innovation, and responsible resource management.

Strumber Flax and Strumber Hemp were accessible to thousands of visitors, including architects, designers, entrepreneurs, and business delegations from around the world. Participation in the Expo was a great honor for us and a strong confirmation that materials based on annual plants can play a significant role in the global discussion about the future of production and design.

We also personally took part in the Polish-Japanese Export Forum in Osaka. The discussions held during the Forum focused on quality, durability, and respect for nature—values that connect Polish and Japanese approaches to design and manufacturing. Participation in the event created opportunities to build international relationships and strengthen the dialogue around sustainable materials.

Milan Design Week

A particularly important moment for us was our presence at the Isola Design Festival during Milan Design Week. It was there that we presented furniture made from Strumber Flax boards for the first time, demonstrating the material’s potential in furniture design and interior applications.

At the exhibition, we showcased three projects: the LinStool stool, the HempSolo table, and the minimalist HempStool seat. The presented pieces attracted considerable interest and sparked discussions about the future of materials and alternatives to wood.

New Website launch

At the end of the year, we launched a new website at strumber.eu The platform presents our current offerings, the material's application areas, completed projects, and collaboration opportunities. The new website has become a key communication tool for business partners, designers, and anyone interested in our solution.

Plans for 2026

The year 2026 is shaping up to be a breakthrough period, as we commence production and sales. Our partners are planning to introduce the first furniture collections and interior products made from Strumber. The vision of surrounding ourselves with beautiful, natural, and ecological products that resemble wood—without cutting down a single tree—will become a reality.
