Drives Strumber’s green transformation and sets the strategic direction of the organisation. As co-founder of The True Green and CEO of the Green Lanes ecosystem, combines experience in scaling tech companies with a vision for materials made from annual plants. He gained experience implementing technology for many international companies: MasterCard, Sabre, Pepsico, Skarbiec TFI, etc.

Responsible for finance, corporate structures and the safe scaling of Strumber. A licensed securities broker with experience at Pekao SA’s brokerage house and UniCredit Group, where delivered M&A, transaction banking and compliance (KYC, AML & Sanctions) projects. Co-created the first private company in Poland authorised to purchase industrial hemp, growing it from R&D stage to PLN 30 million in revenues and sales to 17 countries, ultimately completing a transaction with a Canadian listed company.

Manages the commercialization and market development area for Strumber, ensuring that the material reaches manufacturers, architects, and designers who genuinely need it. For over 20 years, she has developed global sales for a leading furniture company, introducing over 100 models into production and selling nearly 4 million chairs in over 50 countries. At Strumber, she is responsible for building the distribution network, offer structure, contract negotiations, and long-term partner relationships, thereby translating the advantages of hemp-based material into tangible business value and a growing global portfolio of projects.

Co-founder responsible for Strumber’s design language and brand strategy. Specialises in furniture and product design, with over 200 implementations and five Red Dot Awards. Commercial experience includes serving as Product Development Director at Paged Meble and delivering projects for Nowy Styl Group, SanSwiss, Apus Sports, Total Fitness Concept and IKEA (via FlooredMedia). Time spent designing furniture in Finland strengthened a focus on ergonomics, functionality and clarity of form, now applied to Strumber collections and visual communication.

Oversees infrastructure and day-to-day operations at Strumber’s production facility. Brings more than 25 years of experience in the wood industry, spanning production management, supply chain coordination and supervision of mechanical raw-material shredding. As Production Director at Eurodom managed transport and manufacturing processes, and in Spain coordinated wooden frame house construction. Supervises maintenance, the machinery park and key operating parameters, ensuring stable, safe and predictable production.

Manages Strumber’s production, ensuring quality, consistency and line efficiency. Since 1999 has worked at Natura B Sp. z o.o., initially as a quality controller and later as Production Manager for window, door and table departments, overseeing manufacturing processes based on wood and wood-based materials. His experience includes organising workflows, leading production teams and implementing new products. Uses this background at Strumber to optimise process parameters and maintain the high standards required for hemp-based beams and boards.

Responsible for the engineering backbone of Strumber – from machinery selection and line configuration to maintenance strategy. Has many years of experience with advanced equipment in large-scale manufacturing, commissioning and optimising production lines for brands such as Hortex, Dr. Oetker and Müller. Combines expertise in mechanics, automation and maintenance, designing solutions that minimise downtime and increase efficiency. Ensures that The True Green technology is implemented in a repeatable, cost-effective and sustainable way.

Responsible for product development – ​​from research and prototyping to implementation and certification. She is actively involved in R&D, the development of new technologies, and the optimization of production processes. She gained experience as an industrial designer, where she created 3D models, technical documentation, and dozens of projects successfully implemented for sale. She combines technical precision with a design approach, appreciating the moment when innovation becomes a finished product.

Acts as scientific advisor in wood-based panel technologies and materials made from annual plants. Since 2012 has led the Research and Development Centre for the Wood-Based Panels Industry in Czarna Woda, working with industry on innovative, low-emission construction materials. Author of patents and scientific publications, with solutions recognised by awards in Poland and abroad. Supports Strumber’s material formulation, technical parameter validation and long-term performance assessment, providing a strong scientific foundation for the technology.
