1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") define the rules and conditions for the provision of the free newsletter service ("Newsletter") by electronic means by The True Green Joint-Stock Company with its registered office in Tarnawatka-Tartak, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Lublin-Wschód in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0001056603, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7133126991, with a share capital of PLN 139,935.60 (fully paid) ("Service Provider"), made available on the Service Provider's website at Strumber.eu ("Website").
2. The Terms specify, in particular, the conditions and rules for the provision of the Newsletter service by electronic means, the rules for the User's cancellation of the Newsletter, the cessation of the Newsletter provision by the Service Provider, as well as the complaint procedure.
3. Access to the internet and possession of an email address are necessary to use the Newsletter. Furthermore, the use of the Newsletter requires that the User's terminal device and IT system meet the following minimum technical requirements:

The Newsletter service, provided at the User's request, consists of the Service Provider sending, via electronic mail in the form of an email message, to the email address provided by the User, commercial and marketing information concerning the Service Provider. This may include, in particular, information about products or services offered by the Service Provider, including new products in the offer and current promotions, organised events, promotional campaigns, as well as references to press materials, articles, etc. about the Service Provider and links to the Service Provider's brand pages within the Newsletter
5. The Newsletter service is free of charge.
6. The agreement for the provision of the Newsletter is concluded on the terms set out in these Terms, for an indefinite period, at the moment the User confirms their subscription to the Newsletter in accordance with points 7 and 8 below ("Agreement").
7. To receive the Newsletter, the User subscribes via the form available on the Website marked with the heading "Newsletter". This subscription consists of:

8. After Registration, an email message with a link activating the Newsletter service is sent to the User's provided email address. By clicking the aforementioned link, the User confirms the correctness of the provided email address and their consent to receive the Newsletter (which also constitutes consent to receive commercial information, including direct marketing).
9. After Registration and confirmation of the subscription to the Newsletter as described in point 8 above, the Agreement for the provision of the Newsletter is concluded.
10. Failure to confirm the subscription in the manner described above results in not being subscribed to the Newsletter and the inability to receive Newsletter content, which is equivalent to not concluding the Agreement.
11. The User undertakes to use the Newsletter in accordance with its intended purpose, only in a manner consistent with the law, principles of social coexistence, good practice and these Terms. It is prohibited for the User to provide content of an unlawful nature, including in particular content that infringes upon the personal rights of others, as well as offensive content.
12. Individual contents sent as part of the Newsletter may constitute works within the meaning of copyright law and are protected under the provisions of the law. Any copying, modification and use in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose or without the Service Provider's consent may constitute an infringement of the law.

15. The Service Provider has the right to cease providing the Newsletter at any time, having first informed the User of this fact at the email address provided by the User.
16. Every User has the right to lodge a complaint in case of reservations regarding the functioning of the Newsletter by sending an email message to: newsletter@strumber.eu, with the subject line: "Complaint" ("Complaint").

18. The Service Provider has the right to ask the User to supplement the Complaint if it lacks the elements indicated in point 17 above.
19. All Complaints are considered promptly, within a period not exceeding 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of lodging the Complaint. The response regarding the Complaint is sent to the User at the email address from which the Complaint was made.
20. In the event that the Service Provider has asked the User to provide additional information necessary to consider the Complaint, the period for considering the Complaint, as mentioned in point 19 above, is extended by the time during which the Service Provider awaited the User's response.
21. The Service Provider informs that technical problems or technical limitations of the computer equipment used by the User may limit or prevent the User's ability to use the Newsletter or affect the quality of its use, for which the Service Provider is not responsible.
22. The Service Provider is not responsible for the manner in which the Newsletter and its contents are used by the User.
23. The User is liable to the Service Provider for the use of the Newsletter and its content contrary to these Terms and the provisions of the law.

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, in particular in cases of: (i) changes in the law, (ii) the need to adapt the content of the Terms to recommendations, decisions or other actions of public authorities, (iii) changes or introduction of new functionalities of the Website, or modifications of existing functionalities (including the rules of operation of the Newsletter).
25. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data and information regarding the protection of the User's personal data are contained in the Privacy Policy available on the Service Provider's website at Strumber.eu.
26. For Newsletter services provided under Agreements concluded before a change to these Terms, the version of the Terms in force on the date of concluding the Agreement applies.
27. This version of the Terms is effective from 2025.
